Being Innovative Again

Udhyam is a curated experience, unqiuely posed than other hackathons led by the community of developers, for developers. One of the major goals of this hackathon is to uplift the IT community in Nepal. And completely a community-organised event.

Vision
Udhyam: The Innovative Challenge is a 48-hour-long hackathon to find and nurture talents within the tech community. It aims to take students from STEM backgrounds such as Engineering and Information Technology, and put them in a competitive learning environment.

The core values and objectives of Udhyam can be boiled down to these points:
Innovation
With the motto “Innovative Challenge”, Udhyam aspires to bring out outstanding and creative solutions from the participants. This aspect is intended to provide a platform for innovative products, present them to the pioneers of the industry, and provide a commercial foreground.
Incubation
Udhyam provides an incubation facility for all individuals, each with their unique ideas, energy, and hunger for growth. Their ideas turn into products, their energy gets utilised for productiveness, and hence growth is achieved. This is all made possible by making the environment fast-paced, competitive, and resourceful.
Community Growth
Udhyam is a community-oriented event, with the team, participants, and other stakeholders mostly drawn from the Information Technology Community. The specific goal of growing the existing community through Udhyam is to provide a hands-on experience of a hackathon, along with a platform to network and build connections.
